Who We Support

At Lone Wolf Inclusive Fitness, we support children, teenagers and adults who may benefit from a more understanding, flexible and individual approach to exercise.

Our sessions can be adapted for people with:

  • Autism
  • Intellectual disabilities
  • Additional needs
  • Sensory needs
  • Coordination or balance difficulties
  • Low confidence around exercise
  • Limited previous experience with gyms or fitness classes
  • People who may find busy or traditional fitness environments overwhelming
  • People who benefit from extra guidance, structure or reassurance

Every person is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Sessions are adapted around the individual’s ability, communication style, confidence, goals and support needs.

The aim is to create a positive environment where participants can improve strength, fitness, coordination and confidence at their own pace.

Parents, carers and support workers are welcome to contact us before starting so we can discuss the individual’s needs and decide on the most suitable approach.
