Community and adaptive fitness gives people the chance to become more active in an environment where they feel supported, included and accepted.

For some participants, simply becoming comfortable in a fitness setting, following a routine, trying something new or completing an exercise can be a major achievement.

The community side is just as important. Participants can meet other people, develop friendships and feel part of a group without the pressure that can sometimes come with traditional gyms or sports environments.
