About Lone Wolf Inclusive Fitness
Lone Wolf Inclusive Fitness is built around one simple belief: fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.
I bring over 10 years of experience working with adults and young people with additional needs, across day services, residential care and education.
My experience includes working in a day service with adults who have additional needs, previously working in Nano Nagle School, and spending 8 years in residential services supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge.
Alongside my practical experience, I hold QQI Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications in Special Needs Assistance, as well as qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Sports Consultancy and Fitness Coaching.
This combination of experience and fitness education allows me to create sessions that are supportive, adaptable and focused on the individual.
At Lone Wolf Inclusive Fitness, the aim is not to make everyone train the same way. Exercises can be adapted around mobility, confidence, coordination, sensory needs, fitness level and personal goals.
Whether the goal is to become stronger, improve balance and movement, build confidence, manage weight, become more active or simply enjoy exercise in a welcoming environment, every participant is encouraged to progress at their own pace.
Fitness for every ability.
